Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
RETURNS
We aim to get it right the first time which is why every order undergo several rounds of inspections throughout our quality control process. Should you be unhappy about your purchase, please let us know and we would definitely be happy to address your concern. We provide compensations in the form of an exchange, otherwise a refund. We believe in better improving ourselves and we appreciate all constructive feedbacks!
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing (3 - 4 days, subjected to availability of products). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
