Can I cancel my order?Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request, unless you're open to a cancellation without refunds. If your order has not yet been fulfilled please contact us with your order number and details on the change. Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.

How is my order being made?Pet Treats Our treats are dehydrated at a safe temperature of 80°C. We would generally bake the treats for 10 more minutes in the oven at a higher temperate of 150°C in order to ensure that all Pathogens are eliminated. Please rest assure that we use only fresh ingredients and we would never use stale ingredients or deliver unwanted products to you. We assure you that your furkid's well-being is our utmost priority and we would never risk jeopardising anyone's health.

How long will my order reach me?Pet Treats After order is placed, please allow us to get back to you within 48 hours, with regards to payment details. Please also feel free to make payment whenever convenient! ☺️ To ensure freshness, please rest assure that our products are never mass-produced and only after we received the payment, we would then procure the raw material, process it and start the dehydration process. We would dehydrate all products up to 48 hours in order to completely strip off all moistures and to err on the safe side, we ask for 3 - 5 days of lead time after payment as we might be processing previous orders. We seek your kind understanding as our dehydrator can only process up to 400g of orders each time and therefore, we might need more time to process large orders. After the dehydration process, we would then proceed to bake the products in the oven for 10 more minutes to eliminate underlying pathogens which are harmful to the pets. After which, we would allow all treats to cool, pack the order and get ready for it to be sent out. The delivery duration is dependent on the type of service selected by the customer.

How do I store my treats?Pet Treats If stored at room temperature, we would recommend consumption within 1 month after the safety seal has been opened. It can be kept up to 3 months if refrigerated. There's an oxygen absorbent packet included in the treat that is used to absorb up to 99% of the oxygen that is present in a sealed environment. With the use of the oxygen absorber, it can extend the shelf-life of the treats and they also help keeping Pathogens from growing in the treats. These are treats/training treats so please feed them to your furkids in moderation. Kindly note that pet treat's ought not to be consumed more than 20% of their diet! 🤣 Baked Goods Stored it in an airtight container. Avoid sunlight. Best consumed within 2 weeks! For the Nutella Tarts, you may store it in the fridge if you prefer your snacks cold! We've been told it's yummier when it's chilled. Please note these shelf-life estimations are only accurate if the baked goods are stored in an air-tight container, and kept away from the sun / heat.

What are the available collection methods?We currently offer shipment services via: Normal Postage by SingPost [Untracked Package to letterbox] Flat rate of S$1.50, free for orders above S$30. Takes 3 - 5 working days. Ninja Pack by NinjaVan [Tracked Package to doorstep] Flat rate of S$4, free for orders above S$80. Takes 1 - 3 working days SmartPac by SingPost [Track Package to letterbox] Flat rate of S$4.50, free for orders above S$80. Takes 1 - 2 working days. Self-Collection [at Woodlands] Details to be confirmed after orders has been placed. It's available but not recommended due to COVID measures. Meet Up Locations can be discussed but are subject to availability. Urgent Delivery We do provide urgent delivery as well, but likewise, it can be discussed, but it's subject to availability. Can I add a custom card to my order?Yes, you may! There may be an additional cost if you'd like us to design/handwrite it for you. The cost varies, depending on the size of the design. Please indicate your request at the check-out page. We'd be in contact with you shortly!
